There are beautiful beaches along the coast of the Costa Cálida, many of which have been awarded the Blue Flag. Thesebeaches range from tiny, deserted coves which can only be accessed from the sea,to long stretches of sandy beaches with all the usual facilities. Of course these top 16 beaches can get very crowded during the summer months of July and August, so it is sometimes worth exploring the smaller beaches, many of which are down tiny tracks not even accessible by car.
